On the eve of a new war, a mother must decide whether saving her son means defying him — and the country that raised him to fight. Anat, a schoolteacher shaped by language and imagination, awaits her son Ido's army discharge. When a new war erupts and she learns he has volunteered to fight, their bond fractures. Caught between a father destroyed by war and a son rushing toward it, Anat makes a radical maternal choice just before Ido crosses into Lebanon.

Coexistence, My Ass! follows Israeli activist-comedian Noam Shuster Eliassi as she creates a comedy show by the same name. Shot over five tumultuous years, the film traces Noam’s journey in tandem with the region’s steady deterioration. Raised in the only intentionally integrated Israeli-Palestinian community in the country, Noam grows disillusioned with traditional peace activism and pivots to stand-up comedy. But as her star rises, everything around her falls apart. With biting satire, Noam pushes her audiences to face difficult truths that remind us that another reality is possible.
You can activate your 48 hour window to watch Coexistence, My Ass! from November 7-17.
Live Conversation with Libby Lenkinski, November 15, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM ET
Children No More: Were and Are Gone
Directed by Hilla Medalia
Children No More: Were and Are Gone is an observational documentary short (made without government funding) about a vigil that began in March 2025, when a handful of women stood silently in a public square in Tel Aviv, each holding a photograph of a child killed in Gaza. On every image: the child’s name, age, date of death, and the words “was and is no more.” Week after week, new names are added, new photographs are printed and lifted high. And each week, more people step forward to join this quiet act of protest.
You can activate your 48 hour window to watch Children No More: Were and Are Gone from December 12-22.
Live Conversation with Hilla Medalia, December 20, 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM ET

This feature-length, sci-fi documentary guides the viewer through the lifespan of a five-thousand-year-old city and its residents. When the State of Israel was founded in 1948, Lyd became an Israeli city. For Palestinians, Lyd’s story is a painful and tragic fall from grace, which is why our film dares to ask the question: What would the city be like had the Israeli occupation of Lyd never happened?
You can activate your 48 hour window to watch Lyd from January 2-12.
Live Conversation with Sarah Ema Friedland, January 10, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM ET
