Smol Emuni US is a community of Orthodox and observant Jews committed to justice, equality, and dignity for Jews and Palestinians alike. Rooted in Torah, we are building a courageous Orthodox Jewish voice for peace and to end the occupation.

We are committed to the foundational religious principle that all people are created in the image of God. We consider the pursuit of justice, equality, and dignity for Jews, Palestinians and all people a fundamental religious imperative. We believe that extreme nationalism and socio-economic disparities breed racism and cruelty in the US and Israel.

The Challenge

In recent years, discourse on Israel and Palestine in the Orthodox community has shifted sharply right, leaving rabbis, educators  and community members feeling silenced and isolated.

Our Response

We are creating a fast-growing U.S. network of Orthodox and observant Jews opposing the occupation and upholding human dignity as a Jewish value. Rooted in the belief that individual and collective voices can shift the narrative toward peace and justice, we are building communities, supporting rabbinic and educational leadership, and sharing Torah to ground our work.
