Rabbis & Educators Cohorts

Monthly gatherings for 30 rabbis and educators to share ideas and learn together.

The Smol Emuni US Rabbis Cohort consists of selected rabbis and rabbinical students who meet to learn Torah together and support one another in navigating the profound challenges facing the Jewish community today, particularly around Israel/Palestine. Each session centers Torah study as both grounding and connective tissue, creating a shared spiritual and intellectual framework for the group’s work. The cohort is designed as a confidential, inclusive space that honors diverse experiences, fosters trust, and encourages open conversation across gender and generational lines. Through shared learning, reflection, and peer support, participants cultivate community, foster connection, and strengthen their leadership in this complex moment.

The Smol Emuni US Educators Group consists of selected educators across the country committed to cultivating an understanding of the complexities of Israel/Palestine in this current moment. We support this commitment by empowering these educators with resources and tools to guide them and by providing a safe space to explore issues that arise in the classroom  related to curriculum and content, navigating hard conversations, supporting students to find their voice, interacting with parents, and more.
